Removed six Aspen from the front. I have at least one more to remove before I call it quits.

Alicia and I are one-for-one (legally). We rival Perry ("Never-Lose-A-Case") Mason. We won our small claims court case (by default). The defendant never showed up (scared to face the music). I have to talk with the court clerk to find out what to do next. I have a feeling I will have to place liens on the guys cars and whatever else I can find he owns. It was interesting to visit the district court and obtain a list of all his "bad" deeds for $2.50. Plenty of citations for speeding, driving without a license, several small claims court cases, child support liens, etc. I do know from visiting the county jail he was incarcerated for some offense in 2006. This was a real upstanding individual. I talked with the paint company he "used" recently. He owes them $900 and there is no indication he will ever pay them.
I took a couple of pictues of the house - all pickled up for the winter, more trees missing from the front and the Maples all pruned up. My neighbor should be happy that I pruned the Maples and eliminated half of his leave raking for next year. I contacted J&J Nursery and will be visiting them in Feb to buy replacement trees for the yard - Eastern Rosebud and Columnar Oak.
